NetApp in Research Triangle Park is hiring a Workforce Analytics Intern

Work with the Workforce Analytics (WFA) team as an Intern reporting into the Sr. WFA Consultant to use data, analytics, and business knowledge to help drive organizational success. Build strong partnerships within the HR team to inform and share our work. Potential projects include implementing a new module in Visier and supporting change management, defining and designing a self-service dashboard to drive talent enablement, and if needed, conducting data analysis and exploration to compile data insights to share with our HR partners and leaders.

Job requirements

•    A passion for using data to help solve complex problems and inspire improvements
•    Working towards a degree in a field that emphasizes data analysis (e.g., Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Computer Science, Statistics) with an interest in gaining applied experience
•    Excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective presentation skills and comfort communicating technical content to non-technical audiences at all levels
•    Ability to work across a global team
•    Excel experience including creating pivot reports, VLOOKUPs, and charts/graphs partnered with analytical and problem solving experience
•    Plus: Experience with data exploration and visualization tools (Visier, One Model, PowerBI/Tableau), 
•    Plus: Familiarity with change management and HR


Must be enrolled in an educational or professional program through summer 2024 or later.
