You have a knack for understanding how the brain works and can translate and collaborate between both technical and client-facing groups. You are a player-coach and aspire to be an UI/UX Lead where you can be part of strategic decision making as well as execution.
What you will do here:

  • Assume responsibility for the UX/UI within the end-to-end product.
  • Conceptualize and define new flows and features, including the presentation and rationales.
  • Design UI components and work with development team to ensure quality of execution.
  • Contribute and develop the platform's UI Kit and design systems.
  • Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners and other stakeholders on the vision and execution.
  • Coach and mentor junior UX/UI Designers
  • Help organize and participate in user research.
    What we are looking for:
  • 7-10 years of related experience in design including UX/UI design, user interface and visual design with sound knowledge of interaction design, site architecture, and heuristics.
  • Strong understanding of wireframe design techniques and the principals involved in the production of conceptual prototypes.
  • Fluency in rapid prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD, along with experience in industry-standard tools such as the Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Ability to analyze requirements and own the visual conceptualization of UI and application flows
  • Bonus points for:
  • Experience leveraging Pendo, Fullstory, or other similar product analytics tools to drive research and design decisions.
  • Experience in setting patterns
