This job might already be filled.

Who We Are
Arpio is building the next generation of disaster recovery for the cloud.
Modern enterprises face a growing list of threats to their cloud applications. With the increasing complexity of cloud-native environments, we know resilience to these threats is about more than just data. That’s why, at Arpio, we have built a best in class SaaS offering that makes it easier than ever to protect your entire AWS infrastructure from catastrophic downtime.
Behind the scenes, we are a small but mighty team (YC W21) who love to tackle hard problems and learn new things. We’re also a remote-first company, with team members across the US and customers around the world. We are fired up about working together to build an innovative new product and company from the ground up.
About the Role
Arpio has an immediate opening for a Senior Software Engineer. This person will build on their previous software development experience to help us design and build our SaaS offering and advance our roadmap.
This role will work in our core platform, which has a serverless architecture built in Python and Angular, so experience with one or both of those technologies and/or serverless architecture is a plus.
The right candidate will have a deep understanding of how modern cloud infrastructure works, and be comfortable learning about and contemplating solutions for a variety of different AWS services and workload types (think: containers, Kubernetes, serverless, etc).
Because we are a young company, there is a lot of opportunity for this role to evolve to take on increasing leadership growing the team and maturing the product, for candidates interested in pursuing those paths.
