This job might already be filled.

At Digital Turbine, we make mobile advertising experiences more meaningful and rewarding for users, app publishers, and advertisers — intelligently connecting people in more ways, across more devices. We provide app publishers and advertisers with powerful ads and experiences that captivate consumers, fuel performance, and help telecoms and OEMs supercharge awareness, acquisition, and monetization. In a rapidly evolving industry, we are constantly innovating and creating better paths of discovery to connect consumers, publishers, and advertisers across the mobile ecosystem.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for our GamesHub Product Team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the launch and growth of our newest app store product at scale. GamesHub enables mobile carriers to create an engaging, end-to-end store-like experience for their mobile gaming audiences and unlocks a scalable alternative growth opportunity for app developers seeking to engage US audiences.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional team members to drive engagement, monetization, and growth initiatives across the new product offering. You will use your creative and analytical skills to identify opportunities, define product strategy, support roadmap development, and contribute to strategic planning.

About the Role:

●Take our newest product to market at scale and build out future feature sets that position the product and company for growth
●Proactively maintain a deep understanding of product performance, able to speak to strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities based on that performance
●Collaborate cross-functionally to define, align, and deliver strategic multi-year roadmaps for user and carrier experiences, while managing bottlenecks and trade-offs, and maximizing business benefits
●Define success metrics and be accountable for delivering capabilities in support of key performance indicators
●Manage resources and feature prioritization across multiple products and work closely with technical teams to make decisions about complex problems.
●Monitor the health of the product, identify risks and implications to timelines, and lead the resolution of cross-functional issues
●Work closely with internal teams who are defining deeper business opportunities for the product offering

About You:

●Demonstrated experience in full lifecycle product management of mobile products, including delivering/shipping quality commercial projects/products on time and on budget
●Fluency with Android and iOS operating systems, with experience in building and launching products that depend on APIs, SDKs, and involve key stakeholders both internal and external
●Experience with mobile app stores, in-app payment solutions, and gaming apps
●Track record of driving user engagement through notifications, content targeting, and audience segmentation
●Strong UX and UI experience that lends itself to working closely with an in-house design and research team
●Technical mentality and ability to work with engineering partners to solve system interdependencies, devise implementation strategies, and refine scope based on concrete considerations
●Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with an analytical mindset and proficiency in using data to drive decision-making, including previous experience with Google Analytics, Big Query, and Firebase
●Strong partnership, communication, and presentation skills, with successful history influencing and inspiring cross-functional teams and senior executives to deliver against multi-track roadmaps
●Ability to take initiative, create structure in ambiguity, and achieve desired outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
●Experience working with / solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies
●BS/BA from a 4-year university, or equivalent work experience
