About this opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Marketing to drive the development of a new marketing offering for customers and Align.  This person will be responsible for developing the framework for a best in class MaaS offering, that can generate new patient demand at a practice level.

The ideal candidate has a strategic mindset, a passion for marketing, understanding the consumer and the desired consumer experience. You will also need to be effective in working in a cross functional enviroment and effectively managing 3rd party partners.

In this role, you will…

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that promotes our orthodontic services, with the aim of attracting new patients and enhancing brand awareness.
• Collaborate with third-party partners to create a scalable MAAS program tailored for our doctors, focusing on effective marketing tactics, digital campaigns, and patient engagement strategies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure marketing strategies are fully integrated and aligned with overall business objectives.
• Lead the charge on practice integrations, leveraging marketing expertise to ensure rapid market expansion and penetration.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and ROI.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to continuously innovate and improve our marketing efforts.

In this role, you’ll need …

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, preferably in the healthcare/dental/ orthodontic sectors or businesses with multi-location footprint.
• Experience managing media budgets and multi-channel paid marketing campaigns. Knowledgeable in marketing platforms in Meta and/or Google Ads and Google Analytics.   Previous hands-on ad experience in platforms a plus.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, driving results and achieving targets.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with team members, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
