Working within sales team, the SDR Sales Manager is responsible for leading the SDR team and generating new business meetings and leads.

What you will be doing…

  • Gain a deep understanding of the suite of software products and solutions.
  • Learning prospect requirements and pain points to better articulate business value.
  • Recruit, develop, and motivate the SDR team (Currently 2 growing to 4).
  • Working with Marketing leadership, develop and implement strategies to generate outbound leads.
  • Set and achieve weekly and monthly target quotas (e.g. activity metrics, meetings booked, pipeline).
  • As a player coach, demonstrate what excellence looks like in sourcing new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging and outreach.
  • Run weekly sales plays, assess performance, and iterate over time to improve outcomes.
  • Create reports and dashboards for executive management to give visibility on progress to goals in real time.
  • Create, update and own the metrics and rituals needed to drive quality leads through your SDR team.
  • Create and manage engaging emails and LinkedIn requests to further nurture prospects.
  • Able to engage with decision makers and help discover information to enrich the opportunity.
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information

We are looking for someone with…

  • Previous experience in leading, training and mentoring a team (A MUST).
  • Competitive and likes to overachieve and have fun.
  • Energetic with a competitive, strong work ethic.
  • High social intelligence, able to juggle many priorities, superb administration, and goal driven.
  • 5 years’ experience in business development or demand generation.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English, including experience communicating complex, technical topics.
