A ProcessMaker Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new enterprise-level sales opportunities to book discovery meetings for our Account Executives. Our ideal candidate is driven, has a strong desire to succeed, shows the mental toughness to handle the SDR grind, and possesses the ability to be coached.
Drive top-of-funnel inbound and outbound lead generation opportunities to Account Executives from prospecting and marketing-generated leads.
Consistently achieve monthly metrics and quarterly quotas of qualified opportunities to ensure territory revenue objectives
Use a multi-faceted approach (phone call, email and LinkedIn) to prospect enterprise accounts
Maintain accurate records of activities using Salesforce and SalesLoft
Research prospective accounts using ZoomInfo, Intent, Sales Navigator and Bombora to identify key decision makers, generate interest, and develop accounts to build pipeline
