You are an energetic and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will help increase the qualified pipeline of new opportunities for our Sales Team. The SDR is a pivotal part of our continued new business growth through both strategic outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries. The SDR should be energetic and self-motivated with passion for contributing to a collaborative sales team and an interest in a long-term career in B2B software sales.

What you’ll do here:

  • Set high quality meetings for Sales Executives resulting in pipeline opportunities
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns and qualify inbound leads
  • Connect with prospects, deliver our value proposition, qualify business requirements, and relay the information to Sales Executives
  • Develop and maintain strong industry acumen and understanding of buyer personas
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other team members in marketing and sales in alignment with segmentation and targeting tactics
  • Leverage modern prospecting tools
  • Meet and exceed goals established for role
