If you are software performance tester with automation experience, you just might be the Lythonian we are looking for!
What you’ll do here:

  • Work closely with product managers and architects to map critical business user flows and translate the same to performance test scripts.
  • Should be able to deduce the performance test effort based on the use cases.
  • Prepare test plans for regular execution of performance tests
  • Consistent performance testing, capture the test results, report bugs and retest the code improvements regularly
  • Analyse the details, share the evaluation with development team and collaborate on solutions.

    What we’re looking for:
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience conducting performance testing
  • Good understanding of performance bench marks and metrics
  • Comprehensive understanding of performance principles and metrics
  • Skills in one or more load testing tools (example: Jmeter, LoadRunner, WebLOAD ,Artillery etc)
  • Ability to create reusable performance test scripts
  • Bonus points for:
    • Experience on Public Cloud (Google Cloud or AWS)
    • Solid understating of networks specially load balancers.
