What you'll do here:

  • Establish and execute quality assurance procedures and methodologies throughout the development and release processes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop comprehensive testing strategies, including test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks, to validate the functionality, security, and performance of our software.
  • Lead and mentor our team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and enhanced performance by analyzing and assessing quality control and assurance data, metrics, OKR outcomes.

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years experience leading a QA Team.
  • 5+ years experience researching, drafting, and executing both manual and automated test plans.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of testing web and API endpoints.
  • Extensive knowledge of automation test frameworks; Cypress.io is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to successfully collaborate across multiple functions within an organization.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with load, stress, performance, or security testing.
  • Experience with accessibility guidelines and testing practices.
  • Knowledge of and experience with cloud solutions desired; AWS is a plus.
  • Understanding of CI/CD solutions and setup and execution of test runs and deployments.
