## About the job
The Red Hat Developer team is looking for an experienced technical Senior Product Marketing Manager to join us. In this role, you will support Red Hat Developer’s cross-portfolio Account-based Advocacy Developer initiatives related to solutions that span across geos and industries, ensuring alignment on technologies, use cases, content, subject matter expertise, and Red Hat Field teams. You will support multiple complex projects and collaborate in a fast-paced environment working across multiple virtual teams in multiple time zones. To succeed in this role, you'll need a combination of Developer marketing product skills and high touch client-facing experiences. Experience with Red Hat technologies is a plus, with the ability to be a self-starter and scale quickly. The Red Hat Developer team is responsible for driving the developer affinity and usage of Red Hat products and technologies.

What you will do

  • Manage internal account-based technical marketing projects, deadlines, in relation to technologies, use cases, initiatives, and content plans.
  • Manage, track, and present measuring program success and reporting metrics
  • Create and implement best practices, content management, templates, and operating standards to ensure consistent delivery across accounts
  • Ensure our focus is on the enterprise developer challenges and priorities
  • Map content and activities across the developer adoption journey
  • Work with subject matter experts to define requirements and plan the creation of effective marketing assets and content, including but not limited to presentations, sales FAQs, and email and web content
  • Coordinate with various marketing teams, including the Field teams, advocacy, and sales to ensure successful and targeted delivery of various marketing activities, including sales plays, events, and webinars.
  • Support customer meetings and presentations.
  • Evolve our current “Developer for Individuals” SKU, incorporating new products as part of the product offering.
  • Work with different internal stakeholders to create a proper tracking of the Customer session results, to improve on process and content.

What you will bring

  • Software industry experience, preferably within an area of infrastructure software, e.g. virtualization, cloud, or systems management
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related area
  • Record of success in a fast-paced technical environment
  • Ability to develop proof points around turning messaging and positioning into high-value assets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in an influence-driven, cross-functional environment
