About Us: Lytho (formerly inMotionNow) is a growing technology company that creates SaaS products for every part of the marketing content lifecycle. We started as the first online proofing solution and evolved to a full marketing resource management platform. In early 2021 we merged with a Dutch company, Lytho BV, to add digital asset management capabilities to our growing product portfolio. We’re a remote-first company with teams and offices in Raleigh, North Carolina and The Hague in The Netherlands, as well as remote team members in many locations. Together, the teams create the engagement and impact that drives our success as we continue growing globally. Lytho (formally known as inMotionNow) earned the second-place on the 2021 Top 10 Best Places to Work list for medium-sized companies by the Triangle Business Journal!   About You: We empower our product teams to solve hard problems – customer and business problems – in ways that our customers love while contributing to business growth for both our customers and our business. We encourage our product teams to come up with effective solutions that are versatile, delightful, unifying, intuitive, and resilient.   The product manager contributes a solid knowledge of the various constraints of the business – typical examples include marketing, sales, customer experience, finance, legal, and privacy. The product manager has a profound knowledge of our users and customers, as well as a drive to understand how our customers engage and evolve with our products.   While we empower our product teams to figure out the best solutions to the problems that need to be solved, we also hold those teams accountable for the results.  Shipping is necessary but not sufficient.  We look for product managers that want to continuously drive the best value possible by working with others to achieve the necessary results. ** ** What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage the full product lifecycle, realizing product concepts and bringing them to market.

  • Author and prioritize user stories with the agile teams including setting acceptance criteria and creating test cases.

  • Manage incoming customer feedback and wishlist prioritization.

  • Conduct customer interviews to identify product opportunities.

  • Assist with Product new hire orientation and system and process overviews.

  • Manage the product tech stack to understand behavioral analytics, identify product opportunities, and advise on improvements.

  • Manage early adopter program by identifying customers, coordinating schedules, and managing customer outreach. ** ** What We Look For:

  • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.

  • Two years working for a SaaS organization as either a product manager, product designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – development, design, customer experience, finance, sales, or marketing.

  • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks, and to layout your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.

  • Proven ability to engage with developers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.

  • Ability to interpret and translate usage and behavior data into impactful product improvements. ** ** What We Offer: We believe that people should do what they do best and are building as a team the future in marketing where every marketer can make an impact and be successful. We reward people who perform well. In this position, you can expect benefits that match this challenging job and a motivating variable compensation. As an international scale-up, we are aiming for double-digit annual growth, which offers many opportunities. We are looking for employees who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven company and who are not afraid to focus on impact and growth and maximize their own talent.

  • Leadership Development, Coaching & Mentoring: We provide our teammates with leadership development and support, in addition to the training needed to continue honing your skillset.

  • Room for Growth: As you develop your skills at Lytho, you will have the opportunity to advance within our organization.

  • Remote Work: We have transitioned to a "Remote First" culture and offer all employees the opportunity to work remote.

  • Benefits: We offer competitive benefits that match the diverse needs of our employees, including Unlimited PTO and Paid Parental Leave.

  • Work environment and values: We recognize our people are our greatest asset. Transparency at all levels of communication help our company to promote an engaging and driven culture. We embrace our values to move together with purpose, to allow our employees to thrive and “Let. People. Run”. We draw from our diverse backgrounds and experiences to create a safe and constructive space where employees can create with courage, share their voice, build better together, commit & own and deliver value every day.   Work Environment: This job mainly operates in a home environment.
