About Us:
Lytho (formerly inMotionNow) is a growing technology company that creates SaaS products for every part of the marketing content lifecycle. We started as the first online proofing solution and evolved to a full marketing resource management platform. In early 2021 we merged with a Dutch company, Lytho BV, to add digital asset management capabilities to our growing product portfolio. We’re a remote-first company with teams and offices in Raleigh, North Carolina and The Hague in The Netherlands, as well as remote team members in many locations. Together, the teams create the engagement and impact that drives our success as we continue growing globally. Lytho (formally known as inMotionNow) earned the second-place on the 2021 Top 10 Best Places to Work list for medium-sized companies by the Triangle Business Journal!

About You:
We empower our product teams to solve hard problems – customer and business problems – in ways that our customers love while contributing to business growth for both our customers and our business. We encourage our product teams to come up with effective solutions that are versatile, delightful, unifying, intuitive, and resilient.

The product manager contributes a solid knowledge of the various constraints of the business – typical examples include marketing, sales, customer experience, finance, legal, and privacy. The product manager has a profound knowledge of our users and customers, as well as a drive to understand how our customers engage and evolve with our products.

While we empower our product teams to figure out the best solutions to the problems that need to be solved, we also hold those teams accountable for the results.  Shipping is necessary but not sufficient.  We look for product managers that want to continuously drive the best value possible by working with others to achieve the necessary results.
