We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Analytics team. This role will be responsible for representing the analytics discipline in all aspects of the experimentation and web optimization process that we use to drive business growth for our clients. The role requires a unique mix of autonomy and teamwork.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply the fundamentals of statistical analysis to web experimentation and optimization.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business metrics, analytics setup, and objectives to develop measurement processes to inform ongoing strategies and gauge effectiveness of experimentation efforts.
  • Execute the analytics contributions to experiment design and execution.
  • Retrieve and analyze data from data analytics tools and platforms.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and take action on optimization opportunities
  • Collaboratively communicate insights and recommendations that are aligned with clients’ business goals through data storytelling.
  • Quickly learn new platforms as required by clients.
     
    Requirements:
  • High competency in statistical analysis
  • Understanding of experiment design
  • 1 year of data analytics experience
  • Previous experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
  • Proficiency in creating and presenting high-quality, highly accurate, insightful analytics reports
  • Individual accountability regarding commitments, timeliness of delivery, and quality of work.
  • Experience in the use of advanced spreadsheet capabilities in MS Excel, Google Sheets
  • Some experience with programming (Python or R)
