Description and Requirements

As an IT Developer, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining IT applications. You will work closely with experience IT professionals to implement and enhance software solutions. This role is based in Morrisville, NC.

Job Responsibilites:

• Maintain frequent communication with team members and work closely with them throughout the development process.
• Write C# or Java or Front End (JavaScript/jQuery) code that is clean, efficient, scalable, and dependable
• Maintaining an understanding of the latest IT applications and programming practices through education, study, and participation in conferences, workshops, and groups.
• Identifying problems uncovered by customer feedback, testing, and correcting or referring problems to appropriate personnel for correction.
• Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.
• Determining user needs by analyzing technical requirements.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
• 0.5 - 2 years of IT development experience (Java, Python)

Preferred Requirements:

• Knowledge of JS libraries like React or angular and Microsoft/Salesforce CRM.
• Proficiency in programming languages - C# or Java, Front End stack
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
