Our Analytics Engineering Team is one of Pendo’s core product engineering teams with ownership of some of the highest traffic pages (impact!) including dashboards – where users can consume data from all over the application bundled up into one page loaded with interactive data visualizations. The team’s exciting future is focused around building new dashboard features that will cater to a brand new user group. Write maintainable, high-quality code that solves customer pain points
Design solutions to large, complex, and/or ambiguous problems
Learn Pendo’s coding standards and practices through code reviews
Identify improvement areas within the team's domain and takes action to solve them
Add input on code reviews, designs, and technical questions from within the team and the organization
Easily implement unit & automated testing with Jest & Cypress to accompany code changes
Quickly troubleshoot customer issues & implement creative solutions to address them
Experience working in modern frontend frameworks (VueJS, ReactJS, etc.)
Modern collaboration tools (such as git, npm, GitHub)
Teamwork, collaboration, adaptability, passion for the frontend
Strong attention to detail & understanding of trade-offs
State management experience (e.g. Vuex, Redux, Flux, etc.)
Obtained a 4-year technical degree or equivalent industry experience
Highcharts, D3, or other visualization libraries

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.
The expected salary range for this role to be performed in North Carolina is $102,000 - $125,000.
Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
