The ideal candidate for Executive Assistant will excel if they can keep their calm in a fast paced environment while coordinating the logistics of the CEO of the company. The candidate should have relevant experience to the role that highlights their capability to conduct all administrative work, ensuring the CEO’s operations run smoothly. Thus, the candidate should be detail-oriented and a creative problem solver.

Position will work out of our US Headquarters office in Durham, North Carolina.

Essential Functions

Coordinate and monitor C-Suite level calendars
Schedule meetings with internal and external clients
Handle all logistics CEO-related
Interact with leadership, internally and externally
Supports office operations with the HR & Finance teams
Support the Marketing team with events planning
Other duties as assigned

Minimal Qualifications

Excellent English communication skills, written/verbal (a MUST)
Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Discretion with sensitive communications
Adaptability and Flexibility

Experience organizing events would be helpful
