NetApp in Research Triangle Park is hiring a Enterprise Onboarding Intern

Within the Talent Acquisition organization, the Intern will support Enterprise Onboarding enhancements and initial development of the Executive Onboarding experience.

Job requirements

•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform quarterly updates to onboarding SharePoint, RISE training platform, and communications
•    Identify areas of improvement from new hire feedback and survey results analysis
•    Assist with selection and management of a global Onboarding Ambassador cohort to provide seamless experience for new hires
•    Assist in providing updates to leadership on enhanced onboarding experience results


Must be enrolled in an educational or professional program through summer 2024 or later
