Job Summary

NetApp IT supports a large and workload-diverse engineering community. The shared services developer platform is an end-to-end toolchain enabling a DevOps operating model, CI and CI/CD, test automation, release and deploy automation, centralization of controls, etc. It’s designed to be pipeline / language / framework agnostic in order to be extensible across workloads and engineering teams.
We’re looking for an engineering manager to take this platform to the next level. This will be a hands-on managerial role, leading of a team of 6-10 engineers in a lead-from-the-front orientation. We think the best managers are also great engineers that understand the art of the possible, industry patterns and standards, and have a first-hand understanding of what works well and what doesn’t.
