We are actively seeking a seasoned Digital Project Manager (PM) to assist our customer-centric experimentation consultancy in discovering the people behind the data and creating impact through data, design, user experience, technology, and insights to create compelling websites that are meaningful and provide the highest value to our clients. 
While working with our clients, the Digital PM will also support our internal initiative to review our End to End and consultative processes to analyze and to implement any opportunities to utilize Agile and Hybrid approaches for faster and higher quality client delivery. This role will have high visibility in the organization, creating a lasting impact to our delivery. 
The ideal candidate will feel comfortable wearing a number of hats, leading day-to-day management of our client projects, providing advisory support internally for strategic and tactical initiatives, and exemplifying leadership to bring about organizational improvements. 
 
Our Digital Project Manager will:

  • Work with a diverse set of clients, many at the enterprise level across various verticals
  • Enjoy the challenges, clients, and schedules that come with producing highly successful A/B and MVT activities and managing consulting projects
  • Provide strategic and tactical leadership in Agile/Hybrid transformation and tech mentoring engagements, ensuring clarity, alignment, and buy-in around changes in processes
  • Meet with internal team to manage team tasks, project schedules, and project budgets
  • Demonstrate an understanding of project management principles and apply them to project planning, development, execution, and improvement of plan throughout the project lifecycle
  • Communicate project status and timelines with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist new business development efforts via scoping of proposals and drawing timelines
  • Collaborate with other internal PMs to oversee team resource planning
  • Work interdepartmentally to ensure project execution risks are mitigated
  • Possess the ability to work well under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
  • Obtain, create, and organize project assets
    Qualified candidates will have:
  • 4+ years of experience managing projects at a professional services company such as an agency or consulting firm OR 4+ years of experience managing A/B testing, personalization, or experimentation programs
  • Ability to establish immediate credibility with clients and internal teams, build consensus, and achieve goals through influence
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall or Hybrid practices
  • Experience with Agile transformation, understanding common Agile approaches, service-oriented environments, and iterative practices
  • Coaching, mentoring, or training experience
  • Strong understanding of web design, web development, and web analytics
    Qualified candidates will stand out with:
  • Experience successfully transforming an organization from Waterfall practices to Hybrid or Agile practices
  • Experience with A/B testing or personalization
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CEC, and/or CSM certification
