ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a passionate and talented Digital Production Manager to ensure our teams deliver complex projects on time, on budget, and at consistent levels of quality. The Digital Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring a high throughput of creative deliverables. The role requires someone who is methodical, detail-oriented, and capable of building, monitoring, realigning, and enforcing project timelines and capacity plans.
_Please note this is a hybrid position requiring in-office work in Durham Tues-Thur, with work-from-home on Mondays and Fridays. _
Own Project Planning & Capacity Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, balancing resource needs against other organizational commitments in a multi-project environment. Work with cross-functional teams including creative directors, developers, and artists to help execute projects effectively. Continuously monitor project progress and ensure each team member has the resources they need.
Own Budget, Profitability, and Pricing: Track project expenses, as well as internal and external costs to ensure projects remain within the allocated budget and profitability goals. Coordinate with subcontractors and other outside project resources. Proactively surface scope expansions and budget issues to Client Services and work with the team to find cost-effective solutions. Support price estimate efforts for new projects using historical project data.
Milestone Achievement, Risk Assessment, & Quality Control: Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines. Coordinate with team members to ensure milestones are completed on schedule and escalate any issues that may cause delays. Identify potential risks, develop contingency plans, and proactively address any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. Set up systems to create regular quality-control checks before project milestones are delivered to the client.
