We are Lucid Dream. We help commercial-stage life science companies transform the way they educate, train, and explain. We use technology from the video game industry to make static information come to life, and to help biotech companies explain their science in a more intuitive and memorable way.

Located in the heart of downtown Durham, NC, our office at American Tobacco Campus is a short walk from world-class dining and entertainment venues, the Durham Bulls Athletic Park, and the Durham Performing Arts Center (DPAC).

We are seeking a passionate and talented Digital Production Manager to ensure our teams deliver complex projects on time, on budget, and at consistent levels of quality. The Digital Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring a high throughput of creative deliverables. The role requires someone who is methodical, detail-oriented, and capable of building, monitoring, realigning, and enforcing project timelines and capacity plans.

  3. Milestone Achievement, Risk Assessment, & Quality Control: Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines. Coordinate with team members to ensure milestones are completed on schedule and escalate any issues that may cause delays. Identify potential risks, develop contingency plans, and proactively address any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. Set up systems to create regular quality-control checks before project milestones are delivered to the client.
