About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, experienced digital marketer to build, manage and grow Arpio’s digital marketing strategy. As one of the first hires in our expanded go-to-market team, you’ll get to work hand-in-hand with the CEO and CRO to drive our expansion, and work on numerous cross-functional initiatives.

Role Objectives:

  • Drive net new sales leads within the desired customer profile that convert to sales opportunities at a high rate
  • Create greater brand awareness and social followership


  • Create and lead digital strategy to drive awareness and leads, including ads, paid and earned social.
  • Work with agency partners, guide their work, and hold them to a high standard.
  • Track and report on effectiveness of digital campaigns.
  • Help define and maintain the Arpio brand on owned and 3rd party sites.

About You - Requirements:

  • 2-4 years designing and executing successful digital campaigns for a B2B SaaS company with track record of success
  • Knowledge of top platforms such as Google AdWords and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, as well as best practices
  • Familiarity with top digital tools including HubSpot and other ad/asset creation and tracking tools
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to analyze and improve our spend and performance

About You - Bonus:

  • Experience in backup, disaster recovery, and/or security
  • Knowledge of AWS ecosystem
