The Role:

We are seeking a **Customer **Support Intern to join our team and help drive the success of our software products. The Support Intern will be responsible for verifying and updating a database of functional and technical contacts for each organization that partners with Terra Dotta, and other database clean-up tasks as assigned by the Director of Support. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess strong organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail.

What You Will Do:

  • Support the optimization and validity of Zendesk data by researching and updating functional and technical contacts at each organization
  • Participate in the Zendesk overhaul project by completing data optimization tasks as assigned by the Director of Support
  • Benchmark progress and share progress and feedback with the Director of Support


What You Need to Get the Job Done:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in software development or technology-related industries is a plus.
  • Experience in cross-cultural communication is a plus.
