The Role:

We seek a highly motivated individual to join our team as a **Customer **Enablement Specialist. The Enablement Specialist is essential to the Enablement Team, part of the Customer Experience division. The role provides valuable training and coaching to Terra Dotta customers on primarily Outgoing / Travel Risk products. This role collaborates with many internal departments and contributes to essential functions such as the Learning Center and Live Chat. In this role, you will train customers on best practices for using our software products. You will work closely with our Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure customers receive the necessary training to achieve optimal results with the Terra Dotta platforms.

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct training and coaching sessions for customers on best practices for using our software products
  • Collaborate with our implementation and customer success teams to ensure that training is aligned with the customer's specific needs and goals
  • Provide ongoing support to customers after enablement sessions to ensure that they can effectively use our products
  • Create training materials and documentation to support customer enablement sessions
  • Contribute to team success by participating in live chats, learning centers office hours and appointments.
  • Stay up to date on new product releases and updates, and incorporate relevant information into enablement sessions
  • Occasional travel for on-site customer training and enablement team activities

Minimum qualifications (required):

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and explain software concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience or familiarity with training and coaching methodologies or best practices
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Has a positive and collaborative approach

Additional qualifications (bonus):

  • 3 years of experience in international education, customer support or training, or similar experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Terra Dotta software, particularly Study Abroad, Travel Registry, Agreements, Engage, and/or AlertTraveler
