The Business Development Representative (BDR) reports to the Senior Sales Manager and will qualify leads and route those leads to relevant Account Executives (AEs). The BDR will proactively reach out to inbound prospects and work to convert those prospects into actionable leads for the AEs and Solutions Engineers (SEs) to follow up on with the goal of increasing funnel conversion and increase closed-won opportunities. The ideal candidate has experience with B2B sales driven organizations with a track record of success and is a self-starter with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
The BDR position is a great role for anyone who loves talking to customers, learning about interesting and innovative software products and technologies, and want to grow their career in software B2B sales. You’ll engage with developers, data analysts, data architects, and product managers across multiple industries.
