We are currently hiring an Associate Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team! In this role, you’ll lead the global financial planning and analysis and treasury functions. As a trusted partner, you will provide the executive leadership team with accurate and timely financial information necessary for making policy and operating decisions. This is a highly visible position requiring excellent presentation skills working closely with Operations to develop reporting cadence and assist in optimizing business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to the Global Financial and Accounting employees to ensure develop and growth.
  • Prepare and oversee global daily, weekly, monthly reporting and analysis for all aspects of the company to provide leadership with accurate and timely financial analysis for business growth.
  • Develop and lead the annual budgeting and long-range planning strategy and process for the company including assisting with regular and timely forecasting.
  • Partner with key functions and stakeholders across the firm to plan, analyze, and forecast financial and other key business success metrics.
  • Propose solutions to new or highly complex problems with streamlined and efficient methods or approaches; proactively search out ways to improve and streamline processes.
  • Provide analytical support on a wide range of projects and cross-functional initiatives, as well as ad hoc support and analysis for global business units.
  • Ensure Bank/Credit agreement reporting is accurate and timely.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar discipline required (graduate degree preferred) with 7+ years of progressive Accounting / Finance / Business Analysis experience which includes 2 years of CRO experience (international experience is strongly preferred).
  • Excellent skills with reporting and analysis tools (i.e., Power BI, Power Query, Excel, Spotfire) required; other technical expertise includes Netsuite, SQL, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Strong Communicator: Demonstrate written, verbal and presentation skills to help showcase the successes of your work and Rho’s.
